Most importantly-we showed our people how to take good care of a customer. We believe good service requires uncompromising honesty. No pushing products or services customers don't need. No tricky ads luring customers in with one price, then charging them another. And no hidden fees for mounting, balancing or valve stems.
When a customer has a problem at Tire Pros, we don't pass the buck up the corporate ladder. Most of our stores are independently owned and operated, and our store owners take full responsibility for providing the level of service that matches the Tire Pros vision.
